Washington, DC, March 24, 2026– Nonfarm business sector labor productivity increased 1.8% in Q4 2025, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported, as output increased 1.5% and hours worked decreased 0.2%.
From Q4 2024 to Q4 2025, nonfarm business sector labor productivity increased 2.5%.
Annual average productivity increased 2.1% from 2024 to 2025.
